Step 3 - Water Removal / Water Extraction: Shortly after arrival, trained professionals begin water removal, using powerful industrial grade pumps and vacuums to quickly extract hundreds to thousands of gallons of water from the property. This assists with prevention of secondary water damage and mold growth.

Step 4 - Drying and Dehumidification: Our trained professionals use specialized equipment to remove the hard to access water remaining. They use room measurements, temperature and humidity to determine the optimal number of dehumidifiers and air movers needed to dry the home or business.

Step 5 - Cleaning and Sanitizing: All restorable items and structures affected by water damage are cleaned. Our trained professionals are well versed in  a number of techniques to clean and restore contents, and trained to provide sanitizing treatments and odor removal.
